Experience

We have been successfully managing residential investment properties since 2001. We currently manage over 800 units, consisting of various property sizes from single family residences to multi-unit apartment buildings.

Brent Ballard

Brent Ballard has been selling, acquiring, and managing millions of dollars of real estate in California for over 25 years. With his own personal portfolio of income generating real estate, Mr. Ballard brings an “owners’ perspective” to every property he manages. Brent earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, while also working in the public relations and marketing division of the athletic program. Upon graduating in 1999 with a degree in English and a minor in Business Management, he earned his real estate broker’s license and began work in the real estate and property management field. Brent also has a master’s degree in Business Education. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, serving in his church, and playing golf.
